i got a celica 7th gen i was wonder how i could make d vvtli kik in earlier about 5500rpm a new computer or a vvtli controller?

Apexi PFC has been the preferred favorite computer to achieve this. PM xoom man and ask him about it. He was happy with the programmability of it. I do not think there is an actual vvtli controller otherwise the bulk of the guys on here would have it.

I've read somewhere that you can construct a controller for it, only problem is that its DIY...Try the new celica website or the matrix websites.

The main problem with a lift controller is the engine still needs tuning. As the VVT is still doing its own thing, a piggyback would be needed.

The DIY for the controller is on 9thgencorolla.

The thread title got me all excited, i thought someone had found some kind of awesome hidden ECU map on the stock ECU that was heaps agressive with a lower lift point awwww :(

it was a nice little 2 second pipe dream anyway.
