    Lol, yes, i'm just bored at work and 300 was the last movie i saw. but the F in the 1ZZ-FE stands for fuel consumption and economy if u must compare you need to find a G tuned toyta engine, for the b16's case u'd probably be going all the way back to the later generations of the 4age. but at the end of the day, a performance engine a 1zze does not make.

    Its the old camry, just sell it coz no matter how much u spend, it won't look vip, nor pimpin nor sporty nor anything other then a family mover. save up and buy the new one instead or better yet, a real sports car.

    it depends on how much you want to spend, but if u want i'll pm u a place that will retrim the entire car in custom leather and it will be airbag friendly too. the quote for my car was about 2200ish

    Airbag compatible covers are made with the sides stiched with a tearable cotton thread designed to shear off when the bag goes. The other commons design is to use normal sticting on the sides but have the material perforated on the internal bit over the airbag and overlaid with a thin layer of rippable cotton. And i think the airbags are built inside the side wall of the seat (right under that "airbag" cloth badge) Bascially its a matter of how you are going to try justify stuff to the insurer if u ever needed to i guess.

    The stock players have a rather sensitive laser assembly, one knock too many and :( well, on the non-mp3 single discs versions i've owned anyway. Since its acting up why not upgrade to a new HU? Shameless plug on my own gear but its free install if your're in melb so why not?

    A huge plug for BB's garage who took the challange of installing coilovers on the VW yesterday. After hours of hard work, swearing and beating each other's knuckles. The BB boys came through and the passat lives a healthy 13cm off the ground. Thanks guys! I really appreciate the great work!

    an auto ascent with SRI and stivo cat back once hit 193 i believe. Oh and did u know that australian delivered Passats are speed limited to 210 km/h?

    Check my garage dude, you'll find most tweeters fit perfectly into those airvents on the dash. YOu should be able to pick up good ones off ebay by themselves. Mine came with inline crossovers so i just wired them up to the respective speaker wires. Or you can goto ***** smiths and build your own inline cross over (very easy) to the the job.

    Hmmm fair call i think because the vw is a fatter car, however, i'd like to see a v6 rolla ala Golf R32 ... that would be awesome! but given a choice between either car, its vw all the way!
