    How about... don't get a Yaris, get an Asent instead? Hahaha, but if u had to choose beween the swift and the Yaris its toyota all the way man! My reasoning? The Yaris VVT-I vs the Swift's non-adaptable VVT. U want fuel economy that will at least try to optimize to your driving style? VVTI is the way to go. And look at the resale value... Toyota vs Suzuki! But seriously, but cash is a problem. don't go new, buy a 2nd hand rolla!

    hahaha, after seeing some of the hondas at autosalon today, i'm game. I just need a bitchin body kit, HIDs for the fogs and the scrathes on my rims patched and sprayed... anyone want to sponser me?

    Yeah boys, it was real disappointment. No rollas there (well, except for an AE86 for Just Cars, but it looked pretty stock) what exactly goes into entering Autosalon? I mean, I'm sure some of the prettier rides (danz, northy, bigbum, spec_black) in the club looked better then a lot of those civics i saw there. I'll be postin up pics soon...

    I've been thinking of putting the battery where the abs system is supposed to be (go the ascent) but the space is a little too small. unless u start relocating a lot of other stuff to the firewall. can be done... will think hard about this. other suggestions ppl?

    yeah, i've been eyeing the exas for a while and the old mr2s as well, we'll see, i don't like the idea of selling my rolla but family is family no?

    I'm wondering what it'll take to make it a dual antenna on top! So instead of the big mouse tail, it'll be a V! hahaha it'll bring more attention than a GT wing!

    hahaha, :D . But i'm a ricer not a racer :D . Anyway. I was seriously considering a cheap starlet GT i found, but then after compliance work and all that it came up to around 8000ish (which is still decent for a starlet GT) but it got too pricey for me. the catch 22 is that i can't free money up till i sell the rolla and i can't sell the rolla unless i have anothe car. sigh

    Hey silva, thanks for the advice. this bug was converted in the 70s with an engineering cert, its actually one of those clutchless manuals, weird little thing. Anyhow its a 1970 bug. know anything about these?

    Hmm, went to test drive the beetle and after driving a modern car. The old schoolness of the beetle is just a little unsettling, like ur're just waiting for something to break down. As for the sera, spoke a a couple of import shops today, apparantly sera parts a soooo hard to find. perhaps this is not going to be a good idea after all. :o

    Your're right mike, but i really hate the screws at the very top of the resonator box, where u really gotta bend ur hand at a funny angle to get at? and besides, the facelift foggies are different from what i'm used to working with so i wasn't going risk someone else's stuff. But Yi, if ur're game for some exploration work i'm free tonight. U still got my number yeah?

    If you had a pre-facelift i could do it easy. but a facelift... Installing it isn't so bad,if u take off the frontbumper bar for an easy job. I know there are ways to do it just by removing the mud guard thing but again i only know how to on a preface lift . Well, i'm game to try but can other ppl post up how to remove the front bumper on these new ones?
