remove rear seat base by pulling up at the front of seat both left and right sides (with some force) there will be a plate with a wire going through it pry that up and diconnect the wiring plug to reveal the top of the fuel pump/filter assembly

not a teribly big job for the conveniance of knowing id get it done i mean a dealership only charges $300-$400 maybe more if requires water pump idlers and seal for wat its worth while its apart id deffinately do the seals but its up to you just remember also a tow isnt free either so $300-$400 is better the $300-$400 + tow fee

1st toyota corolla ae93 sx which had major engine enhancemence to handle 20psi boost and put out about 308 flywheel hp thats about 220kwgive or take good for 13.7sec 1/4 mile run 2nd corolla ke 35 complete opposite of of 1st corolla had 1.0l 2 speed toyoglide auto 1 good thing about it is it did 90kph in 1st gear 3rd corolla ke70 not as bad as previous still no where near as fast as 1st but goor realiable transport this was a 1.3lt 5 speed man should have taken motor out of 1st car and made awesome drift/track/1/4 rocket but didnt 4th corolla ae 102 this car did get motor out of sx better tune and addition of mechanical lsd made about 320fly hp and covered the 1/4 mile in 13.3sec needs full slicks to hopefully run into the 12 (this car is for sale to if anyone is interest pm me) 5th and final for now is hilux 2005 mod 4x2 dual cab t/d no mods its what it is nice daily wicked factory paint (that metalic plum colour) 6th not happend yet but i plan on selling both corolla and hilux to purchase V6 rav 4 if this works a pic of the ae 102

ah cool say u know with the eboost you can have more then 2 boost setings i have 3 but im sure u can have more then that 2

very nice/neat car i had 1 that look exactly the same but i crashed that 1 now i have a red ae102 with the 4ag out of the sx (if u look at my ride thread u'l see y i took the motor out of my ae93sx)

m/t street radial had then at 11psi at 1 stage and got told by officals to increase the pressure as they where street radials not drag slicks

i am tho as when i started this car i wanted a 300hp flywheel 12 sec car i have the 300+flywheel hp but i still need the 12 down the strip (im a goal oriantated person ive set the goal just gotta achieve now)

no good only did a 13.335 .4 of a sec improvement on previous but no 12

1 problem with pistons (if there the pistons your using with 20v head)

so i went to WSID wednesday did i get a 12 NO only managed a 13.335 @ 108.7mph to much wheel spin and weight i ran the car with every thing in it seats and all next time will try removing all but drivers seat if still no 12 will purchase full drag slicks if still no 12 will have to do cams and retune

you can get 18 in the guards but theres not a big selection of 18x6.5-7 with a 4x100 stud patern it looks good but 35 series tyres mean a very very bumpy ride i have 17x7 on mine tho with a 215/40/17 tyre

oh yeah recent new adition to the automotive family my gf finally got her new car she ordered back in october anfortunately its not a corolla but it is turbo and a 1.6l its a mini but no regular mini its a john cooper works (jcw) its cool still no match for my 1.6l turbo

Now I don't know how much room their is to work with in a Starlet, but the 2zz wont fit into the Echo, so doubt it would make it into a Starlet. Where's your sense of modding adventure? :P Does the engine have to be connected to the car, or just sitting in it? ive seen the 1zre motor in a yaris and im sure there similare to the 2zz in the way it is mounted

dyno's are such a bad thing i mean there good for tuning purposes but thats it the figures on dynos can be up to 80hp off what the car is really putting out. for instance i had my car dyno'd on 2 different dynos 1 i loved 252fwhp yay me felt slow though went to the other dyno only made 212fwhp but it feels so much faster and linear in it power delievery 40 hp difference from 1 dyno to the next go figure i wish the 2nd tuner did a test run first so i could see if it does make more power

dont use castrol magnatec in a toyota vvti engine if you look in the back of your owners manual it tells you the oil viscosity to use 5w30 or 10w30 are the best i believe and if your worried about warranty you can purchase both oil and filter from toyota keep your recipts get your log book filled out and toyota cant refuse you warranty im a strong believer in genuine parts any way there dearer yes but there what is used when all those stringent tests are carried out only thing that pisses me off bout toyota oil filters is first filter change the filters are a 90915-10003 and the new filters fitted are 90915 1ZZE1 or something like that any way when i had the chance i baught a box of 10003 filters for my corolla you maybe wondering whats the difference but there is a difference 1st thing 1 is made in japan the other thailand 2nd 1 has red o-ring the other black 3rd 1 has a reses were it seals against the engine the other is flat there just the visible differences

yes it also helps you find where you are goin most sat navs have a speed alert feature builtin and it can update to the speed limits in particular areas

i know the brakes will fit as i have done this to my ae102 as for the motor if you can get a front cut cheap enough trial and error is the way seats theres a good chance but once again not 100% sure

yeah its time to prove my self to the world(and my self) that an ae 101 4agte can be a 12 sec car you've all seen the pics of my car and my constant boasting but its time to prove to you i know it will do 13's but i wont be happy to settle with that this time so im trailering it up just incase and for the record if i get a low 12 i will push a little more if i think an 11 can be achieved so hope to see some of you there remember wed 15/04/09

theres no crime against being different (any more) that it most certainly is as for the car i reacon if toyota gat the prius a more sporty look it would apeal to alot more people i mean the tree hugers are already won but if it looked sporty you'd have younger people especialy chics lining up to purchase when i say sporty i mean 2 door bigger wheels a little wing side skirts front lip etc not to the extreme of the sweeds

you know these days auto n manual have such little fuel consumption difference not like in the 80's. with lock up torque converters n better technologise, materials and the way things are built so basically the wats better is no longer the manual these days auto's are actually better they multiply torque by 2 awsome for towing where as the manual box has no torque multiplication 1:1 thats it autos are good for city driving (you wont have a limp at the end of your drive in an auto ).and on a long drive on a free way how many people go through the gears any way "im goin 110 i might change back to 3rd gear now to make things more exciting".honesly and they dont use more fuel any more although in alot of the vehicles that still have both options the auto has less gears there for they lose efficency there but if you put a 6 speed auto in a corolla i reacon the consumtion difference would probably be in favour of the auto and before you go sayin im biast both my cars are manual but i drive alot of auto's and im a mechanic another thing to is fastest 1/4mile cars are auto's end of story
