Hidden Taco, you are not being unreasonable at all, this is your car and if they promise and the price is agreed on that set of conditions then naturally they should fulfill the things they said they should do. Maybe they expect you to be an average driver who wouldn't take anything off the car, hence they can cut corners and get away with it.. With the current economy whereby car sales figures are flat bottom and they still try to con their customers then i hope they will close down real soon..

Totally Agreed. I always believe this "Rank is what you wear, Respect is what you earned." if you want people to respect you, first you have to respect them and earn their respect.. cops meet lots of A**H**E on the road everyday so why should they respect you if you don't respect them or the law in the first place?? Perhaps an explanation of P platers being targeted is the statistics of offenders, P platers tend to be younger and prone to speeding, modification and such (i am not saying all but the stats or percentage are higher) so naturally when police are given the stats, they will pay more attention to them..it is like high crime rate places, police often pay more attention to suspicious people in these areas etc.. Just my 2 cents opinion..

the Front Strut Bar and Rear Sway Bar will give you an improvement in the handling while still keeping your comfort ride level.. i will go for that direction..

I can't imagine how dark it is going to be below the legal limit.. mine is within the legal limit and initially i have problem reversing at night as there are no lights inside the compound and the tinting just makes everything darker.. and occasionally there are childrens running around the compound.. i have to always have to open the door and stick out my head just to make sure there are no children behind.. now with reverse camera, it's much much better.. +1 in supporting staying within the Legal limits..

It didn't have any slits cut into it, and neither did it appear to have any special stitching around that area. If subjected to an airbag blast though, I'd imagine it tearing through it though. The material is easier to break than the plastic on the steering wheel/dash. Can't guarantee it would work 100% though. Hahaha.. saw Daryl in the thread and i know he will help answer the question... :)

It happened to the shipping from Thailand i think as Aur3on send it to us in a hard tube (four of us) so the bent couldn't have happened from there, all the ones sent to Brisbane has a slight bend on the bigger scuff plates.. but i just knock it back straight and its all good.. what is the damaged like for yours?? Nah i wasn't laying blame on Ari,it would be freight for overseas for sure,mine arrived from him in a postage tube packed with newspaper so no probs there,i noticed the bent/creased ends as soon as i opened them,anyway i'm not to fussed the missus feels really sorry for me and is going to buy the geniune Toyota set for my birthday next month,so all in all no real drama. :) p.s I will try and find another use for em.... 51DER might be interested, yesterday during the meet he did mentioned that he would like to buy a set..

+1 As much as i would like to drive with my windows down, the aftermath of cleaning the interior is too much... so i only do it occasionally and i usually clean the interior once every week or at the most two weeks.. :)
