I will try to make it, book an appointment to get my car assess tomorrow at noon, if not perhaps i will just hitch a ride from Michaelweare or from Speedz.. :)

I am actually looking forward to going to the meet this week as quite a number of others are going, perhaps i can still go but i can hitch a ride or something or freak it .. just drive there as it is not serious just the stupid small hole is obvious..

Damn. That sucks. And you only just finished getting you car the way you want it. Depends on the damage. Have you spoken with your insurance company? Usually they let you know on what you need to do, such as bringing it to their assessment centre first. They would then usually recommend a repairer and you can see if you can then take it to someone else. I guess it is similar to your situation the other time when you have an accident, you were happy with your car and then that happens.. :( Spoke with NRMA just, No claim discount for life will not be affected, they ask me to send it to the assessment centre and they told me since the no claim discount will not be affected, not necessary for me to get additional quote from other repair centre other than the authorised ones... since this is my first time making a claim, will it be better to just listen to them and go to an authorised centre or should i get quotes from other repair centres? can anyone give me some advise.. sorry for posting in this thread, or should i start a thread?

Won't be going to the meet tomorrow, had an accident heading back after dropping my friend off at the Suncorp Stadium, passenger door is dent and a small hole at the door gap, front bumper side has a small dent.. :( Will be claiming insurance, anyone got any place to recommend for fixing the car?

The chair idea didn't really take off. Mick brought a swivel gas-lift chair one week while everyone forgot. It never took off after that. Doesn't seem right for the meet anyway. Hahaha, Daryl cannot bring chair.. that's about 1kg of weight, he is trying to slim down his car, the chicken will eventually go.. :)

I think these ones are fibre glass with pattern and a clear protective coat...that prolly why it's not to bad on the price,i would hate to see what real cosmetic grade carbon fibre to do an entire Aurion dash & console would cost.$$$ Lee, lets hope you are the first to give it a go.. should look awesome..
