  1. Daryl, your music might be too loud for most of them...
  2. Went to service centre this morning to repair a loose Bonnet latch lever, also did wheel balance and wheel alignment at beaurepaires. then send my gf's car to northfield to install AVN726ea headunit..

  4. Ask Daryl similar question two months back when i find that my wiper hasn't done a good job, he recommended Bosch wipers and off i go to SuperCheap to get it, its a great product and it doesn't cost much.. So far, it has done its job .. :)
  5. I must go for one of the meets soon.. been missing so much fun and meeting you guys out there..
  6. Nice Work JustinW, where are you from? if you are from Brisbane, then i will know who to look for when i am installing alarm.. :)

  8. no point kicking yourself since you have change it, the most impt thing is you are HAPPY now.. cheers mate..
  9. Today managed to meet up with "Michaelweare" at Eight Mile Plains area, had a go with his system, actually it is pretty good without the SUB, but he is still a little unsure whether his speakers and his setting is right, as some songs are a little off.. we then went on to try a few tracks inside my car (mainly 2V1G - 2 voice 1 guitar tracks) before trying the same 2V1G tracks in his car, now he is a happy man.. hahaha.. the clarity is good and i think that reassures him that his speakers are good, just that perhaps certain songs need a little adjustment thats all.. Michael, next time when we meet, i will pass you the tracks if you like..cheers mate..
  10. Ari, for the Brisbane side, when the things arrived you can send it to me, i have got the approval from "SecaBoy" and "Nzmo31" on sharing the shipping to Brisbane.. cheers mate..

  12. I like this grill as well, so nice, i think its perfect for a black aurion, wonder how it looks on a red car?
  13. Anyone from the list staying in Brisbane? if so, we can arrange for the shipment to be send to either one of us, save abit on the shipping charges..
  14. Thanks Daryl for all the help, it took awhile but couldn't be happier now that most of the things i want are done, went straight to SuperCheap to get cleaning stuff for the leather, managed to get the marks off without much effort, will wait awhile more before taking photos... today forget to ask for your help on the reverse lights.. bought the bulbs.. Totally forget about it..
  15. Congrats on your new car, you won't go wrong with the "Toyota" brand..
  16. Thanks Dan... :) Pardon my ignorance, but what do you mean by a bandpass box? Bandpass box have two holes (well the ones that I know anyway) on top of the box, which sits directly below the holes on the parcel shelf. This way the sound of the bass can enter the cabin instead of being trapped in the boot. Thanks for explaining that Dan,now i understand... :) And thanks also And1,i think you would start pizzing blood after a while sitting in the middle (kidney pounding)...sitting to the side of it is like a massage chair on roids, sitting in the middle would be just plain uncomfortable. Lee, the setup is so neat, i LOVE it.. Simple on the look, PURE EVIL on the sound.. Would love to have the chance to sit in your car someday.. NICE WORK.. :)
  17. I am running 18x8 with 245/40 tyres, i would recommend you do so too =) The wheel place has reccomended 235/45....??? This gives me the standard diameter of my standard tyres, so i guess it cant be bad. with that size.. you can lower without worrying about scrubbing ... will wait for your pic soon..
  18. Yeah Moderator has approved the Group Buy, now Ari just need to let us know what is the cost and it will be a GO..
  19. Gd luck with the install, you are going to love the unit..
  20. Well see, you've already purchased the AVN-6000. How about waiting till it arrives before jumping to a conclusion. You already bought it anyway, so you may as well be the one to confirm whether it works. As above, the install manual says that it wires directly into the steering wheel controls, so I guess Eclipse themselves are incorrect then. When Phil from Northfield Macgregor demo it to me, he controls the volume from the steering wheel and also he say it is plug and play without any additional steering wheel control thingy needed.. so djc i don't think you need to worry too much about it...
  21. you might want to use this to calculate and compare with your original tyres to see what is the % difference.. http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp
  22. Is it just me, or does the interior become more spacious, didn't know it is that spacious..
  23. Ya, Phil is trying to sell his TRD as well... saw the ad he put up on the counter inside PipeWerx the other day..
  24. The other time before i installed my Alpine headunit, i almost go for the Eclipse AVN6000, Northfield told me it can link direct to our car with no problem or any adaptor required so i assume the latest version should be able to .. Also that is really a sweet deal you have got there..
