  3. I think we need to wait till dylan gets a new clutch and bill has finished his project!!! :P
  4. Yeh i tried to make trouble over there with bilsl time.On the way home from the drags this guy that was eyeing my out when i ran the 15.7 had a SSS int he car park. We got to the ramp to go into the m4 and went for glory. He had some noise coming out of him car. started from rolling start of arbout 60km/h beside each other and by 120 i was 2 car lengths in front. we both pulled over at the tolls to pay and he hit is horn and i had him by 90km/h I have alot of friends with sr20 SSS's and a 1zz can take them with exhaust and intake. Without one of these the 1zz will loose. A stock SSS can get a 16.1 with a good driver. When they are turbo we stand no chance. Ive seem them run 13s The only N/A you need to worry about is if they have bigger cams. THey can get 14.8 quite easily.
  5. nar man its a longer battery non matanence with more power then the stock. I had to make the tray longer underneath it.
  6. if i remember it got a 14 flat and the other run i saw was a 14.3
  7. dynos hardly give accurate tourqe curves WIth intake exhaust a 1zz can gets around 85 - 92kw's At the wheels. looking at around 115- 120 at the fly. I'd like to see your quarter mile in a auto. As 1zz autos are a second slower then manual from stock. I would doubt very much that you would get under 16.2 which is waht some stock 1ZZs can give. But hey you could prove me wrong. Where can i find soem times frm a 4a-fe??? Just did some research i found a 4a-fe ran a 16.1 decked out with trd parts from spark plug leads to headers to exhaust ( Manual also) so we have 1zz's with intake and exhaust getting 15.7 .8 . 9 quite easy. Would be interesting though. Better to do it on the track then talk on here ;P hope to see u at wsid dude The more rollas the better :P
  8. Hows about this r32 golf by HPA 0-100 - 3.2 seconds 1/4 mile - 11.4 Top Speed 320kp/h 410kW/550hp 19psi boost http://www.webwombat.com.au/motoring/news_...olf-R32-hpa.htm

  13. WhaT? if i read old posts i hear people say the 2zz makes the same curve as a 1zz before lift?? adding lift in first should help the situation. WOuld 60ft be the top of first?
  14. Hey my 60ft wasnt too bad for a 1zz :P Its quicker then most of the 2zz records

  24. Just found this on RTA's road rules FOG LIGHTS Front and rear fog lights must only be used in fog or rain, or when conditions such as smoke and dust limit your vision. It is a legal requirement that once conditions improve and you can see more clearly, the front and rear fog lights are switched off. If your vehicle is not fitted with fog lights you may use your headlights during the day in these adverse conditions. http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/licensing/downlo...ruh_english.pdf But then i find this here http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/roadsafety/safer...sues/index.html Daytime running lights By simply using daytime running lights (DRL's), the visibility of your car is increased substantially to both pedestrians and other drivers. It is necessary however that the correct lights be used. Fog lights and high beam are inappropriate and parking lights ineffective whilst driving. Until specially designed DRLs are installed, low beam headlights are the most effective way to make your vehicle more visible. A recent NRMA report has found that DRLs could prevent a quarter of all fatal daylight collisions and more than a quarter of fatal daytime pedestrian accidents. A combination of a light coloured vehicle and turning your low beam headlights on during the day will make it easier for other road users to not only see you but also to better judge the distance between themselves and your vehicle. This equates to less risky manoeuvres being undertaken.
