I was wondering when you'd chime in about that... No boost till the seals are put in. They are Brisbane bound and should be in my hands by Monday.

Bedding arrangements don't suit unfortunately. What sucks the most is that the price has dropped $20 per night since we booked. I didn't think there would be any rooom free for the long weekend!

^ This. My Camry thread gets more attention on the Auscam.org forums, which is a much much quieter and smaller forum community than here. Doesn't bother me though, there are heaps of nice people here and plenty of good people who attend the weekly meets @ Spring Hill.

Rowan: Will attend the meet if I have to fly down. Have to get in touch with Harrop (AGAIN) with regards to the seals. In other news: Car was put in for a long overdue checkup (30000km) and she came out scratch free. Also had them put on the rear lower bars. Rear is definitely stiffer, but definitely not ~$220 stiffer! It all helps though.

Thanks Wixy. Prices are so much cheaper in the states. I can't believe you can get this: Meguiars Gold Class Wash + Wax kit for less than the price of the Gold Class Wax only here in Aus. Man we get screwed.

Thanks for the comments guys. Very happy with how the spoiler fits in with the rest of the car. Too bad adding high-spoiler ≠ 15kW ATW increase and Daryl; wax wax and wax. I blame you :P . I still need the rear bar fixed up too.

New highrise spoiler was painted sometime last week and fitted today: happy with how it looks, it fits in very nicely. ;D

I've had the same starting issue, but only about 5 times in the lifetime of owning my 36series (3 years now, my brother did not report a starting issue at all). How frequently do you find this happening to you? I can't comment on specific shops on the northside, but I haven't paid more than $100 for an alignment. My local mechanic charges $75 for an alignment, my local Fulcrum charged me $90 and another mechanic charged me $50. From memory, Pedders Moorooka quoted me $150 for an alignment as part of a spring install, so I would personally avoid them.

going to do a test tomorrow on the boot of the car with regards to the contact. Will leave it in the sun for 8-10 hours and see what kind of results I get when I go to take it off. Will report back tomorrow evening.

If you are washing before the Friday Meet, the closest would be at 960 Woodville Rd Villawood (Villawood Car Wash) Otherwise i would think the closest to Rosehill would be in Merrylands: Cnr McFarlane & Treves St (Carlovers) which is about a 10 minute drive. I think the Merrylands one will probably be best, thanks Yeah, I saw that one on Tramway Ave. Inch-Car Car detailing, they don't mention any DIY bays and their website suggests that they might be a tad on the expensive side. Are there any DIY bays there?

Does anyone know where any DIY car washes are around the Parramatta/Rosehill area? I've done a google search, but I'm coming up with alot of pay-for-it ones.

I know Ash isn't coming, but what happen to the rest? Moreso on the drive down/not attending. Brenndan and Ash aren't able to attend. Daryl is leaving later than the boys and I'm leaving on Thursday morning. We were hoping for a group drive down, but I'd prefer to get down a day early to allow myself a full day of car cleaning.

Here is a wax question. At what point after say... doing what DJKOR does and wax once a week, do you need to strip any existing layers of wax off? I'm going to say it's not after a set number of waxes, but what indicators should you be looking out for?

One question: Is the piping of the CAI (where the MAF sensor mounts) larger or smaller than the stock mount?

Jesus man, that equals a poo-load of redbulls! But seriously, I will take your offer into consideration. I can recall the installation process of the charger so I know what needs to go off, what is best left on etc. But you very well know I can't go past the supercharged Camry King without at least asking him first.
