there r heaps of high reving engine with aftermarket turbo and its ok, and plus when u put a turbo on an NA car u have to change other parts to cope anyway, so i think the 2zzge will be better

it pulled hard to 8700, after that it started to taper off, the 8700 fuel cut was just to see how it would go, and it dosent look like it can take it on stock internals, so untill i get a better bottom end in this motor ill be going back to 82-8400 fuel cut, but lift will still kick in at 5700rpm. love to c when u finish doing your engine up :)

i think the cut out point is higher than 8000rpm in stock form, its starts redline at 8100rpm

northy, when u rev to 9000rpm did lift still pulls strongly? or was it out of breath? , just realy wanna know, and what do u guys think the best cut out point is

i think u will find hard to mod the stivo to handle like an mr2, mr2 is lighter, mid engine, and its built for handling -
put it this way, levin in my opinion is a passenger car, and sportivo is a sports car, as u know passenger cars will usually easier to maintain, cheaper to run and etc, but i think the sportivo is a better choice, so many extras, and its the top of the line of rolla(in aus at least) so u wont regret later on, 25 grand u can get your self an 05 sportivo and 05 onward sportivo is hot hot! oh and also, they dont make sportivos anymore
