hi i am tony i been on here for a few months now i am from melbourne east hope to see u guys on the street :) oh i have a 2003 sportivo

i went to nunawading toyota today i ask if i could re-adjust the clutch so it will let me into 2nd gear in high rev, and the guy asked me "how high rev u talking about" i told him 6000-8000 and he was shocked and he reokon it should not be in such high rev and change gear, he told me to let the rpm drop to 5000rpm and change gear!!!!!but i pretty much told him to shut up and just book me in , because i dont have warranty any more so i will pay for it anyway, so yeah i booked for next thursday, so u guys sure by re-adjust the clutch will improve the gear changes?? why they(dealers or toyota mechanics) all think the sportivo should not rev that high even though they know its built to rev high!!!! if i dont rev beyond 6000 at all why the hell i buy a sportivo!!!!

you will need to cut a hole even if you have the stock exhaust unless your exhaust tip face down otherwise the rear skirt will melt

never lived there but i lived in launceston, the roads r great down there but besides that its boring and lots of homeys, theres even a group called adidas gang they all 8-30 years old di*ks, they want to smash everyones head

is your toyota good enough to make you buy another toyota? if not what brand will u choose for your next car? for me, the sportivo is good but there is too many things i worry about, not that i have a big issue with the car yet ( besides the notchy gear changes and sticky in high revs)but from what i read from "sportivo issues" it sounds pretty scary, every time i drive the car out i am worrying those thing happens to my car, so i think i will go back to honda in the future(in maybe 5years time) or the coming suzuki swift sports looks pretty good
