anyone got a recharger kit they wanna sell (or let me use - ill pay ya for it :D)

its $5 to balance each wheel anyway, so i'd get it rebalanced to ensure a smoother ride :)

i must say, im pretty impressed with these narva plus 50's. There use to be a substantial difference between my low and high beams, but its minimal now. These Plus 50's really shine pretty far. Hopefully they dont annoy anyone.

picked up some narva plus 50's for $57 from repco... did i get ripped off? Are they meant to be that expensive?

One of my normal beams has blown, so im looking to replace it.... driving with 1 working low beam at the moment, and its annoying me. What do you guys recommend as a replacement? Im not looking at spending stupid amounts on HID's, so just the bulb will do. Are there any recommendations on what to get? Im prepared to pay more if the bulb is a high quality long lasting one. Also my lightbulb is covered under warranty right? So i should be able to get it changed for free as an alternative right?

Nah i reckon we should be able to tell everybody of our experiences with the particular dealership. As Rolly dawg said, as long as we dont tell others not to shop their then its fine. I personally dont see a problem of anyone saying "I will not shop there again". I dont think its defmation if I say i will not shop at a particular store, everyone else still is entitled to their opinion. If you really wanted to argue over defamation, then you could probably even claim defamation to other dealerships if you recommend one dealership over another, because indirectly you are stating dealership A is substantially better than dealership B/C/D/E/F/G, hence why you would only deal and recommend that everyone deals with dealership A, which could indicate that dealership B/C/D/E/F/G are crap. Should the particular dealership start to threaten with legal action, it only proves how petty they are, and the fact they've actually got something to hide. Which all the more demostrates that we shouldnt actually deal with them. From what ive heard, dealers do venture on these sites, so if anything it enables the managers to spend more time on training for their staff to help improve sales. At the end of the day its a win win situation for all. Win for the consumer that we get better to deal with, and win for the dealership because they've bettered their sales training to increase sales (not to mention give themselves a better rep).

Havent you heard of "speed holes" yet? They make your car go faster... well according to the car salesman on the Simpsons anyway :P :D

hehe i ended up with a corolla cos the Mazda guy refused to bargain on the 3... but he did let me test drive it :P He also called me a month later to see if i was still interested, i reminded him that i did tell him i was going to buy a corolla seeing he couldnt help me out :P

I personally had a crappy experience at Terry Shields Toyota. I was looking to buy a new Yaris sedan for my mum, and they salesman (yes he was male and an arrogant pig), he tells me a price thats above the RRP, and said well do you want to buy it today? If not heres the price. I made him go thru all the charges from the RRP + on road + dealer delivery, even after i made him go thru it twice and showed him the result, he still insisted i didnt add something in (even though it was him telling me the figures). I asked him if he was actually interested selling a car in which he replied only if you wanna buy it today and i said not at that price. So he tells me that he's not worried cos these car will sell themselves. As far as im concerned im never ever going back to Terry Shields toyota, so far the cheapest Toyota dealer (if you know how to bargain) has been Phil Gilbert @ Lidcombe. Well Tempe tyres are known for dodgy sh!t, once your car is on the floor and driving away, its no longer their problem. Ive been told they are one of the few places that use spacers (even though spacers are illegal). Just remember you pay for what you get (well at Tempe tyres you do anyway LOL)
