Stock w. tip. So yours is 3 inch...how long is it? Does it clear the skirt? EDIT: It looks like it just tucks underneath it, but there's a nice hole cut. Is that skirt Toyota genuine? Or OEM? the tip is just behind the skirt.. the skirt was custom made ... need a longer tip or a muffler to cover up the hole.. Bingo. Cheers man. I'm going to supercheap to find a 3inch or 3 1/2inch etc that's around 7inches long then hehe. I'm going toyota genuine most likely, but your skirt does look nice. May I ask how much moolah $$$ it set you back?

I think his name was Paul, although don't quote me on that :S I second that!! i spoke to those gusy last week. Couldnt beleive th eknwoledge the guy had one the phone about the 1zz and the genie wildcat headers they have for $280 + fitting. He said changing the Cat to high flow is useless he just recommended a new flew pipe to be less restrictive. Very very broad Bill. He's one of those performance guys who is a walking encyclopedia on many many cars. Very rare person ;)

From a bodybuilders perspective he's very proportionate. He's recieved a lot of rap for that. He isn't like...'DUH I AM A BIG BOOTTTYYYYBUILDER" or anything, ala Arnold Schwarzenegger (although he was proportionate...just stupidly big). lol

Yeah well...it'll have to clear the rear skirt as well :P I'm getting a different tip on my stock muffler for the time being. I'll see how I go later. I know I can grab spec III's from bb's garage down in melbourne.

On another note (pardon the pun HOHOHOHO) the Spec III is in fact BLAADY loud in lift if I remember correctly. I have been told though that it has very subtle cabin drone though until up high. Man...I think we'd get defected straight away if we were running the pro spec...buuuuuut seeing as if it's a universal bolt on it might be worth the gamble. You can always just whack the stock one back on. Brian had me sold on this muffler man, but I've been backing out because I don't think I have the balls to run something this loud in Canberra haha.

They didnt make a muffler bracket they just wraped it with a steel surrouding and hanged it i think? arent they suppose to welf brackets on them, so it wont move? I asked the guy and he said its suppose to move with the engine? If its stiff he said it will snap? is this true? help me out guys.... There's the rubber join that hangs the muffler. Hmm. It shouldn't move that much though. Where abouts are you? Sydney? Melbourne?
