Hmmmm interesting. They are quite similar. My D2's have been sitting at my feet for the past 2 months lmao (mmm the coils are so theraputic for my toes). They'll go in soon, and I can't wait. I got mine on special for $1300. 36 way damper adjustability, camber plates, ride height...they are stiff however as mine are track rated. I believe Steve's are as well. You have to have kidneys of steel to have them, and I have to say I'm used to my other car in that regard so they are no problems for me.

They're mostly little fiddly bits that are ironed out now. The major issue being the ecu recall on some 03 and 04 models, but it's dependant on the date. Ask Bill at the meet this weekend man and he'll enlighten you on that. Other problems that I had ironed out were: *Gear selector cables (that annoying buzzing noise that grows with revs) *Clutch adjustment (I don't crunch gears anymore...amazing lol. It allows the clutch to compress harder.) *Front Rotors (well, this wasn't exactly ironed out but I found the cause of it. I thought it was a warped rotor on mine but it turns out dirt and rocks etc can get caught in there, remember that if you hear grinding noises ;)) Fair enough it's a bit of a rattle trap inside sometimes, but I've sat in worse cars lol.

different from stock wat? i rekon they a nice alternative to getting colourcoded rear mudgaurds. go low! ;) ;) Mick0082 has a white facelift here as well Daz and he was also conisdering grabbing those rear pods. Jase, don't be worried about going low, you just gotta drive wiser that's all. Heck, I'm going to be sitting 100mm to 110 mm off the ground once the P1's and coilovers are in haha.

I was tossing around the idea of installing a custom two gauge a-pillar pod and having the lower one occupied by a shift light. I've been looking around and the majority of shift lights available are pretty long and wouldn't really fit in properly. Given that I absolutley hate electricity and don't touch this sort of stuff I was wondering if any of you guys have pro's and con's on this idea. Have I concieved something cool? Or am I dreaming? hmmm.

Brandon and I have spoken of having a huuuuuuuge Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra meet up in Albury or somewhere central. Would require immense planning, but worth it as we get to meet people.
