  6. I got turanza's with my car...wow they are so good. Such an awesome wet weather tyre.
  7. Always gotta blow the cobwebs out. Better for the injectors etc. PS: When the motor is warm lol I think I proved it with two Dyno days I've been to with this car. Dyno Day 1, after I had been driving very gently for months for fuel economy just before than run. My readings were... 1st Run 65kw 2nd Run 68kw 3rd Run 78kw Dyno Day 2 after I decided for the good of the car I need to drive it 'normally' :) 1st Run 78kw 2nd Run 79kw 3rd Run 80kw (It was 79.9 but I'm calling it 80:)) The results speak for themselves... Yeahhhh. VVTi would come into play there as well man. Combination of both driving style and ECU would help teach the car better. Interesting results though ;)

  11. My brother ran by the same theory on his 89 Celica years ago. 7 engines and 5 gearboxes later he learned his lesson. Think about how fast you can sprint. Now try and imagine doing that constantly, no more walking, no more jogging, just sprinting. You are not going to be too well by the end of it. Trying to hit lift in an '89 Celica that doesn't have lift, I'm not suprised he went through so many engines :P Ba-boom CHING... I cruise in mine most of the time. If I'm out on a cruise with my mates (R32 boys) I'll use lift here and there to be cheeky and keep up with some of the more modded ones. Any other day though? I chill. The Sportivo is a lovely cruiser as well remember...nice seats and interior ;)
  12. Good point. I'm slighty biased though. I've always been a Buddyclub man. My thoughts are if I paid big $$$ to get an engine back system made up for the 2zz by BC it would be insanley good with awesome results. They are one of the biggest and best Tuning Houses in the world after all...but that's just me. I'm interested in the spec III buddyclub axle back, Apexi N1 and Spoon N1. Noise is a slight concern I guess lol. Bah, 3kw increase and better tone is alright though.
  13. Mick and I have been teaching bec Pete... She promises much...muahahaha
  14. Bull$hit Micky - The only car in which I've ever suffered a lil' motion sickness = MT-085!!! This guy will hit lift in a school zone 50 yards from a children's crossing... then jam on the stoppers so hard your breath fogs up the windscreen! Any opportunity Mick :P Anyways I feed mine Vortex 98 'cos its like 2c/L more than Vortex Gold (95) and I'm not ever putting ULP in lmfao you funny mo fo's hahaha
  15. Spoon axle back + catback? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

  18. Well I went to go install them this morning. D2 DIDN'T PUT THE ALAN KEY NUTS IN WITH IT!!! ARGGGHHHHH!!! Also the guy said something about the rubber seats that the springs sit on...I trust that those end up 'settling' into place? Comments boys?

  24. http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...c=5951&st=0 That'll show you the difference. Finding something like this ASAP can be hard. Contant bb's garage and ask them about that joiner shown there man. As for replacing it with something? Go to a hose fitting shop maybe and see if you can find something THICKER to replace it for the time being. Other than that, you may have to put the stock airbox back on until the problem is fixed. That might be the safer way. Danz is also good with DIY problems with this stuff. PM him also man. I'm going to have to find a way to repay him speaking of which, he's helped me so much.
