ok as u all know that i complained to toyota aus (jenny) about the gear problem.... and i was sent back to my service dep. The took the car for a test drive and said I had a internal fault the clucth assembly. So they replaced my clutch assembly and machined down the flywheel. After a week of driving it.. this is the outcome.... 70% of the time hard to pull out of first and into second (same as before).. 30% it goes into 2nd not smooth likes Robs car which is like cutting a knife with buttter.. but goes in quite nicely.... Now i have to report this to toyota service again to let em know it didnt work.. so they can tell Toyota Aus that its still a prob.... and of course i will keep u all updated. cheers all Adrian

when i email jenny all that happened to me was they sent me off to service, service put a new clutch in (yeah baby). But didnt do i thing. So i guess trd here we come.. and i'll keep my new clutch sell it or keep it for looks or just wait for another recall?????? but they might be too long. so in Nov i will decide..

ohh it doesnt matter if its 20w..... the oil will still play its roll. Man why are we making a big deal on oil, oil will only affect the car if we use our cars as racing car, and do lots of laps in the one day... and treat our cars like **** (rev the **** out of it).. then yeah get the best oil and change it more often. I just find it so stupid that we are talking about oil like its gonna give you wonders....... in protection and performance.. Its a new car not an old car!!!!!!!!!!!

SOME SMALL PROGRESS I WILL KEEP GOING BACK TILL THEY FIX IT.... wHAT I SHOULD SAY TO THEM IS " hERE IS THE CAR I DONT WANT IT BACK UNTIL YOU HAVE FIXED IT" SO THEY HAVE TO DO IT HEHEHEHE.... CHEERS

today service is pulling my clutch out of my car to have a look at it, ive told em the trd clutch has repaired the problem. So they know that a new clutch may have to be made or the orginal one has to be modified or that half the batch already made might be all all ****house, as some rolla dont have this problem. I'll keep you all posted on the outcome.

A member of Toyota Australia should be a moderator... So they can see the errors of ours cars instead of waiting for us to waste our time and money going there. As for this child behavior by some Moderators and Members, just grow up as use this forum for its purpose, not some place to talk ****. If you like to start trouble... do it out of the forum, if you got an issue with someone solve it out of the forum. We all are all friends here.. so act like it.
