    There are two steering wheel control harness you can buy from Toyota PZQ60-00121 PZQ60-00141 post a picture of your harness on your car and a picture of the rear of the unit .

    Better off just to forge your current engine with a custom turbo set up ,will cost you about 10+

    Had the same problem with my camry it turned out to be the battery, even tho it was reading good on the multimeter .
