Well, I guess i should ask the tyre place to change the tyres lo. What if I get 205/45/17? Would it help? Cos i cant afford to change my buddy club wheels.

HI Guys, Recently I have just put in my new buddy club rims with the following spec: 17 x 7.5 offset +42 215/45/17 dunlop sport maxx tyres My tires are constantly hitting the guard if : - turn hard on corners - or hitting uneven roads I have also noticed that the tyre is slightly outside the guards too. So does anyone have a set of buddy club rims running? I notice the buddy club sf rims are 17 x7 only. so it might not have problems! Damnit At the moment, the gap between the tire and the guard is also only one finger gap too. Please suggest! - Get 205/45/17 tyre? - jack up the coil overs (which increase the gap) but the tyre is still outside the guards - roll the guards out and machine the rims to adjust the offset (which I find there not much room to roll out)

I wish i can come too on sat but i have to work. Anyway, if you guys plan to do something late that nite let me know. Cos i have just got my buddy club rims. and have done a bit on the car just recently. Hmm later cant wait until get my exhaust done in two weeks time lo

Cos i Think you can order the compressor kit from GP motor from hong kong for around $4000 with the intercooler and LM suction kit.

hmmm, good point. If CES can do a removable silencer it will be good, so on weekends i can always remove it. Does anyone in Melb have a CES installed. I would want to meet up and listen to it.

Guys how does it compared with jap systems with silencer? My frd used to have a tanabe system on his DC2 long time ago with a silencer. The exhaust sound onlytiny marginal louder than stock when the silencer is fitted. I know different ppl have different requirement, but I really want something sound stock when the rpm range is low. Cos my gf doesnt like noisy sound. I also will be painted the muffler charcoal so ppl dont know the mod.

Hi Guys, I have been talking to CES exhaust in Qld looking for cat back. They claim that the cat back system is not much louder than our stock system. Is it true, can anyone who has installed let me know, cos I asked for a cutom silencer and the guy said there is no need.

Sorrie guys, I was drunk last nite and when i wake up its 9:00 am and I can still feel my alcohol. For safety reason, I better not come. By the way, on fri nite i was dragging a civic coupe vtir, i think he had hit all the way to his redline, i can hear his N1 exhaust screaming (vtec on) and black smoke I chased him up and noticed on my 2 nd when the VVTIL is hitting, i was getting closer to him. I gave up half way 3 gear cos it was too dangerous to get pull over in that area. *** my blitz rampo drealli made the difference, cant wait to get extractors and exhaust!
