suggest you speak to this guy Link on Twincam.org Not really worth it considering thats a BEAMS 3SGE, which is naturally north-south RWD in the RS200 Altezza. No 3SGTE was ever found in n/s RWD format, they were all east-west. SW20 MR2 (as with all MR2s) is essentially FWD just with the engine at the other end of the car. Uses FWD gearbox, transverse engine etc. So using an MR2 as an example of a RWD 3S is essentially useless unless you're only talking about MR2s. sorry mate i already know that not completely stupid.. it is still rear drive though!

a little while ago there was an article in the paper where a group in italy were making ferraris out of the mr2 chassis and selling them slightly cheaper than original.. they made them look identical with badges and all! any one else read this??

i noticed alot of the drifters are using the koya wheels.. maybe because they are cheap and a copy of a more expensive set??

go get some can mixed.. and spray it urself i agree.. only problem is that the guy i was talkin too said that a bronze colour cannot be made or sprayed on or something like that.. wasnt paying too much attention after i heard the prices.. go to the place i go to get my paint ey..specialize in auto paint only.. man they`ll say the colour cant be sprayed by YOU..so they can earn ur money.. im sure it CAN be done..will just take a few steps..like angelo`s colour when i asked for him..have to spray 4 layers.. :) yeh that sucks.. if i was going to spray my rims (not anytime soon) i would use the same colour paint jeremy did! looks sexy ;)

of course thats what they will tell you, if you get it serviced anywhere else it will void the warranty.. wat a load of crap! make sure the mechanic you go to uses toyota genuine parts and stamps the service book.. if he does this everything will be fine (warranty).. as for resale value.. its a corolla (im assuming) its not going to be worth **** all in a few years time, might as well keep it!
