"Vitz" is the original name of "Echo" ....They call it "Vitz" in Japan and "Echo" for those exported ones. :P In Japan, "their Vitz" = "our Echo".

Yeah man, but I think if we spent that $10,000 to mod our car and personalize it, it's worth man~!! We would have spend time, money, creativity, effort ......etc to our babe. So there is "love" between us . I like that feeling and everytime you go have a look at you car, you will have a strong feeling of love ~ I think you understand what I'm trying to say. If we just spend more and "buy" it from the factory, yeah it might be a better car, but it lacks that "strong love" feeling if you understand what I'm saying. For me, if without putting effort to personalize the car, it's just a "normal" car just a form of transportation for me :D What you guys think ????

Are there any Syndey stivo fellows can suggest some reliable and trusted dealers??? I wanna get my gearbox issues looked at? I'm not a native English speaker, so I dun wanna bargin and "fight" with those "cheaty" dealers. They may take me a week or so..to look at that issue but ends up with an unacceptable outcome. Please help!~~

Hi guys, I'd read so many posts regarding what people got the parts replaced or fixed by a dealer. I have never done any of those and I can notify that the problems that were raised by the other members are actually exists with my stivo. Before reading those posts, I just can't notify myself :( . Anyway, it seems most of the stivos have the common problems, so can everyone who had got the parts fixed or replaced by the dealer under warranty. Can you please add those items with a brief description after that? I do this for the purpose of getting a list of "fixes" that can be done by the dealer under warranty to help those members like myself who have never got any form of fixes from the dealer so that we can just follow that list and ask the dealer to help. 1. Gear Selector Cable - Vibration What else?

I think the "Type Flex" is a good choice~!! As I read from a japanese magazine about car modification, many Nissan Z350 Fairlady used it. They are cool both for track and street ~! :D It have 16 level for you to tune to softness and hardness. Btw, how much does it cost for a TEIN suspension? :o

I'm sure about getting LEDs and I got no idea about the resistors. Can I just buy those "condoms" instead? What's the difference between them??

the instruction in that web site...only shows pics about the corolla without the climate control. What about our stivos with climate control?? I couldn't even find a screw or anything that looks like that can be opened :( Anyone?? Please give some advice

Yeah.....qkslvr, I'm also with you....I personally dun see any problem with the blue LED..... but in fact, the police really DID picked on two of my friends who both have blue light outside under two different circumstances. Maybe it's because those officers had got a bad day or being scolded by his commander or whatever :P ....when they see something which is abnormal, they just pick on you coz the officers had bad mood. So, just to avoid those trouble ~ I think white is not a bad choice for parking light... :D . My idea is just don't give a chance for the police to pick you ;) Say, if in one evening, you were planning to have some fun driving or crusing, the police pull you over on the road, how bad would it be?? That will destroy your mood of the driving and you may need to explain to the office and beg for a 2nd chance......I think it's just not worth....... :D and too trouble..... :( Anyway, just personal expression and thinking to share with you guys only...... :P :D Btw, what is nazis.....I'm not an english native speaker... :P

Oh, buddy.....please dun choose blue....I know it's cool....even myself I also like blue......but.....the POLICE will pick on you :o It's true.... one of my friend had a blue parking light before...was picked by the POLICE. And I had another friend who drove a Civic, he had replaced the rear Honda "H" badge with the one which have blue light "H" ......he was picked by police !!! The officer said.....no BLUE light outside your vehicle....!!! Fortunately, the officer gave a chance to my mate...and tell him not to do it anymore, otherwise he would be paying for a ticket :o
