Hi guys, just bought the whiteline rear sway bar and got it installed, plus i already had the whiteline front strut. Besides that the car (04 corolla sportivo) is stock suspension wise. Just curious, will a front sway bar make a big difference for road use? Im quite happy with the improvement the rear sway has made with less body roll around corners, now im wondering if i should buy the front sway?? Any tips or advice?
Don't do it unless your car is lowered! Without an LSD all i get is solid wheel spin from the inside wheel around every corner as the bar is to stiff. (Sucks to be me back on stock suspension :( )

But if your clutch bearing is making a squeak when the clutch is depressed, the clutch fork needs to be lubricated through the rubber grommet in the gearbox bellhousing...
I had this problem. Bit of bearing grease on the end of a screwdriver did the trick nicely :)

well i got 150W extended wattage bulbs for my facelift sportivo in H7's and so far nothing gone wrong and been around 8 months or so.
\Was that with just stock wiring?

Hey all,
If I where to upgrade my headlight bulbs to 100w H4's H7's with 40A relays and ceramic bulb connectors, do you think that I might have issues with warping/melting of the plastic reflectors in the headlight assembly? I know that the polycarbonate lenses melt at 225 deg C so I am not worried about them. I guess i am just wondering if anyone else has had experience, and whether they have had issues with reflectors melting?
Cheers
N.B. I know this has been asked before but with no real answer :)

some in the engine bay on the right hand side and the others are above the glove box (take the glove box out to get to it easier)

put it under the seat rail screw. Make sure you take some paint off first so you get some good grounding

Things are looking very good for the I-met facility. We have been involved with quite a bit on the planning side of things and there are quite a few options for its placement. The Gold Coast City Council is being lame and not giving any preferential treatment to the developer but I'd imagine if the EIS gets through there should be no issues with getting the proposal up and running. I had a meeting with the developer the other day and he confirmed that it was going to be track above 6km's in length. He also mentioned that they had had preliminary talks with F1 Administration about hosting a F1 round at the facility in the future. Apparently they where not closed to the idea. Watch this space!
Re: Darlington Park - I am currently working on the 104 lot Industrial Subdivision over the site. I have been around the track in the work hilux a few times. Its a wicked track and i can only imagine how challenging it would have been at some decent speed. It should have been kept. Now even MSI Karts has been closed. :(

Hey Mate,
I have a guy that comes to me, does log book services, and is always at least $100 cheaper than Toyota. His name is Chris. Give him a call on 0432387811. Very experienced and very good at what he does.
Cheers, Travis

I'd love to see some pics of cars with S/Low ride height on the rears.... user names will suffice or if you can post a ling to their members ride section that'd be even better.
PM me with your mobile number and i'll MMS you some photos of the koni low/super low setup.

Its a universal joint , and i would suggest going to the wreckers to get one. The extension shaft i helped install on my mates HiLux came from behind the firewall through the engine bay to the steering box. Was quite easy to install, however you will certainly need a new universal joint o fit it properly :)
-
It will be fine :) You can keep using too if you want. I find that I use more E10 than what i do normal 91. In short no big deal compadré.
-
I know ARB do extension steering shafts, you will be hard pressed finding a knuckle thats longer... To the best of my knowledge the most you should have lifted the car was 1.75 inches so maybe a bit more checking of all components that are affected by the lift should be considered next time. Best of luck :)

where is Corey when you need him...

Not too bad a price. I sell koni's for $1030 and Kings for $225. Add $50 for alignment(RRP) and I usually charge about $230 to fit it all. total for me to do it is $1535 so what you are getting charged isn't too bad at all as you are prolly paying more to buy the stuff straight up.
silva..r those adjustable koni's?
Yes they are. Bought mine off him...they are very yellow and very adjustable :)
