The US Corolla CE and S use the same 1ZZ-FE engine as our Aus spec Corollas so yes the CAIs fit. All the TRD ones we have here are from the US.

Whether the tyre has silica or not does not mean it will wear out quickly. You should be looking at the treadwear rating. When compared to othe tyres, it should give you an estimate on how long long your tyres should last. In other words don't go looking for soft compound tyres. Just checked the Proxes S/T. They are for light trucks and SUVs..

Maybe try the Toyo Proxes 4. Very good tyres from what I have heard. Maybe someone with them (Jayme?) can give some feedback. Apparently they have good treadwear.

Its alright got all the moisture out. Just left my headlights in the sun for a full day. Worked a charm. Hey Jer, I think he will always be a Honda boy at heart

Update -DIY Earthing upgrade (4 gauge from neg terminal and 8 gauge for other 2 wires) -DIY red LED console Here's a pic. Gotta fix up a couple of them as the LEDs are not in the right place atm. Also had a little photo shoot with Hai before my camera died on me.
