  3. I was wondering if an advanced search function for speciefic parts be put in to garage? Think it would be quite nice and handy to look for an item/part and see whos got'em B)

  7. TOYOTA on form in Spain!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D That was some great quali for Toyota. They both did good times in all three sessions with used tires from morning practice, and even a 3rd from Trulli in 2nd session :D . The last session was great, they both were crusing around with old tires and running the slowest, and with ~1.5mins to go came into the pits bolted on fresh tires did 1 flying lap and banged in 6th & 7th !! We're looking good.. fat fuel load.. and very very fresh tires B) B) QUALIFYING TIMES Session three times 1. ALONSO Renault 1m14.648s 2. FISICHELLA Renault 1m14.709s 3. 8. Funny that you mentioned that. Since FIA can't prove Ferrari is in the wrong, other major teams (inc Toyota) are goin to use similar wings as the saying goes.. if u cant beat them, join them. But like anything with F1 you cant win races or even be the front running team with only a single advantagous item/part. This is Ferrari afterall, the team that knows how to win. I think the whole package is v.good.. engine is powerful enough and reliable, chassis is working nicely and dont forget whos at the wheel! :D Scheuy has both the skills and the brains to win. Heres something interesting i came across: Everyone raved that Alonso held off Scheuy for the last 12 laps in Imola 2005 but Imola this yr Schey held off Alonso for over 30 laps!!! but ppl failed to show the same enthusiasm <_< <_< I hope Scheuy beats Alonso at his own home.. ;) but it'll be tough.. the storm is brewing...
  9. [QLD] Red Stivo (not azza) on Coro Drive heading inbound around 10:45. Flashed by too quick, only other thing i saw was stock wheels::
  10. I love Paint, its the best program
  11. Man... Im really looking forward to the Spanish GP :D :D :D Think it'll be one of the best races this season so far... cant wait
  12. Spainish GP DRIVERS: Fernando Alonso Kimi Räikkönen TEAM: Ferrari POLE: Fernando Alonso FASTEST LAP: Micheal Schumacher I think the the top three drivers are a must pick.. but the ticky part is which of their team mates to pick? Fisi crack under pressure.. Montoya is a wildcard with an unconvincing car... Massa is a noob lol... I think i'll go with the noob this time.. ;)
  13. Yes...yes it is...lol And now its back to proportion.. :P :P :P jks

    rich ppl

Mate I think you should go and buy yourself a copy of the current TIME mag and get your facts straight. The Gates Foundation has spent literally 10's of billions on AID and more importantly medical research. Him and his wife are in the TIME 100 this yr for "giving money and hope to the world" NOT being a "tight wod". In fact he is paying for 1/3 of all the Malaria (kills 1million per yr) research in the world! And he's been to Africa to see the poor many more times than any US or European politians. People pick on him cause he's loaded, but never bother to find out the "good" things he does. Didnt mean to pick on you but i think u should find out the before making a statement like that <_< <_<
  15. lol yeah the second one is massive
  16. What is the recommended/maximum dimensions for picture sigs? (in pixels) :) To get it really under control we could have a similar system as for avatars; only allow the upload of restricted size/dimension
  17. Sounds good. The seller should decide on whether he/she wants to auction it or just sell it to the 1st buyer, i think someone already suggested having two parts 1.Auction and 2.Set price . In any case the buyer and seller will need to communicate privately in the end to sort out the purchase details, so the "drive-by" sellers wont get too far anyway ;) One more thing i like to add is when the item is sold, the seller should have the courtesy to let ppl know by posting or get mod to close the sale thred. Nothing more annoying than to wait a few days later to find out its long gone. Other than that, as long as we all keep an eye out for dodgy ads and report it, all should be dandy :)
  18. Seriously how are the mods or anyone supposed to determine whether someones posts are a contribution. I post mostly about F1 but most the ppl here couldnt care less about F1. And some ppl just dont have much to say, inturn ppl will be forced make 30 or 50 useless posts/comments to sell something. I personally find useless comments more annoying than the odd dodgy ad. Plus dodgy ads are easier for mods to remove than having the rest of the forum clogged with crap. No need to make things so complicated and snob off new sellers. It is buy/sell afterall, you gotta consider the buyers too. They may not see it as "using" our forum, but the oppourtunity to score a good deal. In fact giving TOC members a good deal is a contriubtion itself ;) no one is making you buy it so i cant see how they are using us, I see diet coke ads very day and I never bought any. I do agree we need basic details (if they dont the mods just remove it or the idea of a mod to autherise will work well too), although some might be uncomfortable about broadcasting their phone numbers to everyone.
  19. actually one of the tools did "snap" so i consider that quite crappy... either way it got the job done so im happy :D
  20. Instead of starting a new thred I'll just cont. on this one.. cause it is a "Short CES CAI review" :P The past weekend i became a proud owner of a CES CAI, and indeed i was very happy with it. Being someone thats never mucked around with anything to do with the engines, I was quite proud with myself when I fitted it by myself and with crappy tools :P :P (playing with Legos paid off ). The 1st thing i noticed was the induction sound :D :D 2nd was obivously the throttle response and the extra power. 3rd after a long hard drive, opened up the bonnet and the cai was cold! not warm.. but cold to touch i was quite surpised to say the least. Most of that is just echo'ing others... but i do have something else to show... and thats the intake muffler! for 1zz's if your planning to install a cai urself and u got a nice big water tank for air.. i think the following will help there no need to remove the front bumper to remove this. Bolt "A" is easy enough to find and remove Bolt "B" needs some feeling around on the back side, as i wasnt able to see it. Bolt "C" was a pain in the a55. its hidden in a lil tight dark corner. took me ages to find and with my crappy tools could only do quarter turns at a time <_< overall i had fun installing, some frustrating moments (with the muffler) but was quite rewarding in the end :D
  21. Thanks for your comments Azza With your second pt I agree. But i'm sure there is enough of us "usuals" to spot them and filter them out. Just need to be more proactive in doing so (like reporting to mods etc), and all should be fine. But I do disagree with others idea of having to post a certain amount or be a member for a certain amount of time. Whats to say the guy joins and post whores on the lil games that we've got (king of the hill etc..) or as others mentioned earlier, joined ages ago and just lefted it. If a keen seller is offering a good deal, our forum will surely miss out under those rules. A genuine seller should responed and discuss with you either by reply-posts or msn, and thats who you should buy from not by look at their posts amounts. It'll be silly to trust someone more with 300 posts than someone with 3. As long as they are helpful, I personally dont see it as a problem. Part of eBays success is the variety of sellers and items. I'm sure theres ppl like myself that would like to see every now and then an item for sale thats not the same old stuff. As for ppl using our forum for a "free" ad.. so what? at least it'll most likely to be a relativant ad.. unlike half the crap u get from radio/tv
