    That's a good idea Nikich! Coz that's when no one will be working. Pick a holiday day. The only prob is that we would have to drive sensibly. DOUBLE DEMERIT! I work from Sunday through to Tuesday 10.30am to 9PM. Wed, Thurs and Friday off.

    True...It's sluggish because the radius of the wheels has increase which requires more power to pull the car. However in high speeds it cruises better and u get a better ride. Be careful when u think ur going 60KM/H ur actually going 60-65 km/h. 17'inch is for looks. I think I'll stick with my stock wheels.

    Why don;t we do this on another day as it is a bit rushed and not many people will be able to make it. It'll be good to have more people turn up rather than 2 or 3. So far all i can see is 3 people in at the moment.

    It is a constant ticking once the car has been driving around for 10 mins. When it's idling it ticks. When u accelerate it sizzles. So there must be something loose under the car.

    There is a ticking noise under my car after I've driven for about 10 mins. Also when I accelerate it makes a sizzling noise. Sounds like the pipe is loose and is tapping some metal piece. Does anyone have this prob???

    I heard u can do that but i wouldn't dare. Scared to grind the gears and stuff up the gear box.

    I have been using Optimax ever since and had no probs with it at all... I still thnk Optimax is the best fuel however u do get different batches from store to store. U just have to find the best service station and keep filling up at the same place. Different Shell stores use different fuel. Depends who they sign up with as their supplier.

    The noise when reversing is not actually when ur in reverse. It happens when the car rolls backwards. My car makes the same noise going forward too. Only when u roll very slowly it squeels. My Rolla came in about 3 weeks. Pretty happy about that. :D

    What do u guys think about the Ryda springs from Pedders??? It's cheap!!! $400 for the set. Any good?

    Just a question.....if the maximum 141 KW is at 7800 and cuts out at 8200....what's the point if there is only 400 RPM between the 2 ?? Once it reaches max then time to shift gears.

    Do U have to change the shocks as well?? Coz I heard that the shocks will give way in around 6 months if u don;t change the shocks.

    When I rev past 8200RPM the engine cuts out. Is that suppose to happen? I thought it would go past that to at least 9K RPM. 8200 is where red line starts!!!

    I didn't wait at all...as soon as I got out of the dealer i ripped it...lol That's because the dealer told me to. Said it will run better later on coz during the 1000k service they tighten stuff and tune it again...so I don;t know what the go is. Anyway....it's running OK.

    But are we gonna go to Carmate and get stuff?...Coz I don;t really like the guy there. I know the guy....his mum looks after a shop in Cabramatta. they get dodgy stuff from Hong Kong and imports it here. Rip off too.. Is there any other places we can get them?

    I was thinking to use Mobile 1 oil which is 5 - 50. Is this good for the car coz i use to use that for my old corolla SX. I heard it is not good for the engine and u get a louder knockingnoise from the engine. Is this true?
