ok here's another one: cops who think they can do ANYTHING on the road cos they are cops... this evening, i was driving along north rocks road and this car comes up behind me pretty quickly (im doing the speed limit) and stays on my ***** all the way untill it becomes 2 lanes... then he speeds past me and keeps going probably 75-80 (its a 60 zone)... its a bloody cop! then, i see him again just around the corner, sitting on the wrong side of the road, facing the wrong way, just standing outside his car.. not doing anything... it didnt look like he was doing anything, and it certainly didnt look like he needed to be speeding...

i cant make up my friggen mind about this... pete i gotta try your car out... soon... if you'll let me that is... i tried jasons and it was just too loud for me... at the moment its looking like a stivo exhaust, but if someone can point me in the direction of a muffler thats a bit louder than stock in the low end, but not loud enough to interrupt my deep thought patterns, then im there... it can be as loud as it wants in the higher ends. if im thrashing it im going to want to hear it. which is why the sportivo exhaust sounds like a good way to go.. quiet down low and roaring up top apparently. and with a CAI it will be sensational.

since when does that stop ANYONE these days? ill tell ya what, bloody kids these days, always on the booze and romping around at the age of 12! or younger! back in my day, drinking wasnt socially accepted till at least 15 years old... and vince i think we're just talking about drinking in general... not drink driving.

[sYD] A very nice black sportivo parked next to me at aqua golf tonight... about 10 something... plates were ZEU-### it was nicely lowered on black and silver rims (you know how one spoke is black, the next is silver, etc)... had a very loud twin tip, swept up, muffler on it... anyone from here? (i wasnt in the rolla, i was in my old man's saab at the time)

in regards to the letting people in situation... if there is a car between you and the car in front trying to get across and they indicate to come in, you should ALWAYS drop back to let them in. but only one car. if another car tries to push in, it is acceptable to block them off. in regards to waving... if you've let someone in and they do not wave. then it is acceptable to get the ****s and try and ram them off the road. by the same token, you should always wave when let in to ANY gap... even if it was a tight gap that you slide into without the other driver going too much out of their way. still wave! its nice and takes you like .02 seconds! ALWAYS WAVE! and about cyclists: they have every right to be on the road, and if they are good cyclists, they wont cause too much disruption on the traffic. if they are crap cyclists, then they are asking for an accident happen. im so scared of cyclists cos ive had a couple just whiz across in front of me in traffic, and ive had one fall against my car at the lights. the retard couldnt get his foot out of the thingos and just fell on my car <_<... anyway if you hit a cyclist its ALWAYS your fault, and you will get chewed by the legal system, even if its clearly bad skills of the cyclist

a mate of mine bought a K&N panel filter for his 323 astina. its the only performance/engine mod he's done, and its definately more powerful and it has that cool sound you get with a higher flow filter...

ive often considered sound deadening, but the corolla doors are pretty solid as it is, and its so expensive... i cant afford it :( but yeah what did you use and how much did you pay for it?

people have been saying a sportivo muffler performs very well cos it allows more airflow than a stock muffler, but still maintains enough back pressure and keeps the noise down... i want all of these things... do you mean just the muffler is restrictive? or the whole lot is? cos im still not so sure about using a sportivo cat or the mid pipes...

babies are crazy little things! in every way... congratulations on your beautiful baby boy (i think ive already said it but you deserve more). you must be very proud :)

[sYD] Saw a sad sight today. Badly smashed corolla (non-sportivo) on North Rocks Road around midday today... Fairly sure it will be a write-off :(

haha dylan!! yeah he's got a point though - ive heard great reports about toyo tyres... very good brand... ive never had em, ive got sumatomos on my car, and they perform well, but i dont have much to compare them to (the three sets of tyres ive truly 'tested' have been stock tyres, my sumatomos, and my dads pirellis)
