  1. You can always get a plastic kit that looks the closest to your car, and modify it to look like your car. They will take up a lot to of skill & time to build (Especially the customization part.), and most are 1/24 scale though. Or, if you have access to 3D software (like Solidworks, AutoCad, CATIA & etc.), you can design one & send it to a place that specializes in 3D printing. Might cost a lot, but at least you can make a model of your car.
  2. That's odd. I thought Lexus uses real wood trim, made by Yamaha. I also remember reading a thread where an owner sanded down & refinished his wood trim, don't think that can be done with plood (Unless I'm wrong.). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuaakvyH6qU https://secure.drive.../Steering-Wheel http://www.clublexus...ng-plastic.html http://www.clublexus...-real-wood.html http://www.clublexus...e-dye-pics.html http://www.clublexus...748-post32.html http://www.clublexus...-wood-trim.html
  3. That button is for the headlight washers. They are either not available, an option or standard (Mainly Euro-spec cars with factory HIDs or snowy countries.) in European countries. Some cars have them controlled by a separate button, or when the windscreen washers are activated.
  4. The player basically directs an idol group in the game, you can also get the characters to perform in 'Stage For You' mode, outside of the main game. Tried the demo, gameplay is somewhat like a visual novel. Video featuring the DLC character & song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DchIi62gZD8
  5. Noodlez, check PM. Back to the topic. Saved up almost enough for Idolm@ster 2 LE. Will enjoy the game, since I love the anime! Can't wait to take more photos of Amami Haruka once I get it. ^_^ Also Idolm@ster related, G4U Vol.8 is also out and features the DLC character Mizutani Eri! Haruka FTW! 6. Russian-spec Camry A.K.A. Aurion. Came across these two, while surfing through drom.ru (Something like a Russian Cardomain.). 7. Just to clear things up. Other than the 2.0 & 2.4, we never got the 3.5 V6 model in Malaysia. As far as I know, there are two Aussie-spec TRD Aurions in Malaysia, brought in by a grey importer. Oh, and looking at the other videos, that is a Taiwanese-spec modded Camry lol, they get the 3.5V6 & the 2.0 four cylinder engines. Also, shops in Asia sell TRD Aurion-style bodykits (Like this one.).
  8. Nice pics there Ben. Oh and in the interior photo of the Taiwanese Camry taxi, that gear knob is an aftermarket lockable type. One thing unique about the Isis is the pillarless passenger side & foldable front passenger seat making entry and exit easier (Made its debut on the Toyota Raum in 1997). Oh, and just like it's twin, the Toyota Wish, it's also Corolla based! 2006 ISIS Platana G Edition brochure, showing the pillarless passenger side. 2007 Isis brochure, showing the foldable front passenger seat.
  9. Yup, they are rear-facing seats. It is also common on the option lists of European wagons. Now for something different. the 2002 WiLL Cypha, by Toyota. Third (And last.) vehicle marketed under the joint-venture WiLL brand, this is basically the first Toyota to have G-Book, an in-car telematics system with internet connectivity (You can make reservations for a table at a restaurant, or check out shop details in the car, for example.). 10. Cutest review ever? Click on the pink button with the heart to go to the next page! http://autoc-one.jp/toyota/86/joycar-979000/
  11. Nice, another vocaloid fan! :D On another note, just watched the Steins;Gate OVA. Expected a beach episode, but it was still nice nonetheless. Kurisu + Cat Ears & Maid Outfit= HNNNNNGG!!!!!! Anyone else watching 'Papa no Iukoto wo Kikinasai!' & 'High School DxD'?
  12. The blue bit on the emblem aren't actually LEDs lol. That blue flame is an identifier of Lexus & Toyota hybrid cars. Aftermarket companies offer them in other colors too.
  13. At the Malaysian launch of the Prius C, an accessorized Prius C was also displayed. http://paultan.org/2012/02/20/new-toyota-prius-c-officially-launched-rm97000-otr/
  14. I like the light smoke film on the headlights. Has that nice, subtle look to it.
  15. Yep, they're out. Couple of dealers in Perth already have demonstrators available for test drives and such. Hmm... Looks like I'll need to drive out and have a look.
  16. Maybe look in the TRD USA parts catalog and see what they have for the Highlander (US Kluger.)? MIght be easier to find parts from the US as they share the same 3.3 3MZ V6. For suspension/handling parts, I'd recommend looking at the Japanese yahoo auctions. Might be able to find Japanese-spec genuine Kluger specific accessories too. Engine parts might be an issue there though, as the Japanese spec Kluger only have the option of the 2.4 2AZ Four cylinder & 3.0 1MZ V6.
  17. For a RAV4, but might fit other Toyotas with round fog lights. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2006-2008-TOYOTA-RAV4-BUMPER-LED-FOG-LIGHT-W-OEM-SWITCH-/290660381831?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3ARAV4&hash=item43acb57487&vxp=mtr
  18. Looks like Australia & New Zealand will be getting the Kluger (Most likely the next-gen model.) from the US. Would be interesting to see if they will develop the Hybrid model for RHD production. 19. Looking at the model code on the TRD Parts link, the kit is a for a Crown Royal/ Athlete. I guess the module itself will still work, but the new inidicator might not fit without modifications (Or not fit at all.). I guess one could do decals for the +/- symbols (Like the TOM'S kit.) and stick them on.
  20. Now, it's the BRZ's (Subaru) turn. Three grades, slightly cheaper, compared to the 86. Top Mid Base/ Stripper-spec Not sure if this is unique to the BRZ, or if the 86 also has this frameless interior rear view mirror. The BRZ also seems to be better equipped compared the 86 (e.g. HID standard across the range & no missing interior trim in the RA.) 21. I meant the analogue speedo. Had a look at pics of other new released JDM car speedos, and most still seem to read up to 180KM/H (With exception of a few, such as the JDM Suzuki SX4 & 2012 Lexus GS.). Probably for aesthetics I guess (Like how the Proton Satria GTI's speedometer reads up to 260, while the actual top speed is 204KM/H.). JDM Impreza JDM Swift 2012 GS (JDM)

  24. I find it interesting that the speedometer doesn't go up to 180 KM/H, which is unusual for a JDM-spec car. Seven colors & four grades available for the Japanese market. 25. One of my hobbies include viewing Japanese automobile commercials & promo videos. I guess some might find it as a weird hobby. heheh ^_^ To start off, came across a TV Commercial & Promo VIdeo of the Scepter (JDM-spec, US-built Camry) on YouTube while going through my daily stint of Japanese TV Commercials & Promo Videos. :) TVCM PV http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ssf-7kP0WFk
