hey dan I got a a 95 camry with a similar problem, got into an accident with it too...I get that "bump" noise too. I believe the problem is the engine mount shifted when u had the accident, just go to ur mechanic and as him to check the mounts..As for the alarm, i have had tht problem too. I think it may partly do with its age! When my alarm went off i tried using the button bt it didnt work, so i used the key to deactivate the alarm. And yes the car wouldnt start as for it was thinking some1s tryin to steal it...but i gave it like 20mins and the car would start...From then on i decided to stop using the remote alarm and jst used the key to activate and deactivate it...Mind u if ur gonna use the key, the first time u use it..leave the key on the start position for 15-20mins so u wont have any start probs in the future..when u use the remote the car goes into 2 states...once u unlock the car...and dont start the car for 5mins..u prob notice tht the alarm light starts blinking and if u try starting the engine, it wont start so u wld have to use the remote to deactivate it again. like wat aussie said i think u should go to an auto-electrician they should know fo sure!
