And for the tinted tail lights...Would it actually be nice just on white or including Black?

Tinted tail lights look good on most cars, send me a picture of the rear of yours & Ill have a go at it. Tints make it look

Ive painted my headlight surrounds black, there's a DIY thread floating around, but look at my signature pic too.

... I just dont want it too close that it melts the bumper....

Mine has a factory defect where one exhaust isn't sitting perfectly in the centre. One side is actually touching a bit of the bumper. No problems there. But then again the stock tips probably don't get hot on the outside due to the crappy design.

I'm thinking of getting the Varex dual tip and enlarging the space to make the tips fit.

But the stock tips also have the inner piece then the shiny chrome oval outside, so heat might not transfer as much to that outer piece.

Is that the 3" tip Varex? I had the normal muffler but same size on the Forester...its heaps bigger than you think. I think the cut out on the Foz is a similar size to that of the Aurion.

Apart from having the Quad Exhaust, There's nothin we're similar in our interest..

I reckon the quad should not be too small..If it doesnt fit, that means u just need to cut till there's a space.. :D

Lol - Tinting tail lights, debadging & exhaust arent exactly things I can copyright, I dont care if anyone copies...just don't do it before I do :D

The custom badge though - Ill see how it goes then I might make a DIY for it. At the moment it seems like alot of work. Anyone know if theres a place to get badges made up??

Quad exhaust, from looking I think there's 5-6 inches so 2x 2" tips might be ok, I just dont want it too close that it melts the bumper....

Another thing to note about the exhaust is that the fuel economy is worse suprising i dont know how this is possible

Have you re-set the ECU? might need a little time to adjust with the oxygen sensors etc.?

Got bored this morning....did a little photoshop on an Aurion bum.

Note: tinted tailights, debadged, Custom TRD/Toyota badge, quad exhaust & lower bumper reflectors removed.

My plans - all of the above! Already debadged, working in the Custom badge, searching for quad exhaust (small cut out on the rear bar so has to be small tips), tint for tail lights will come. Reflectors wont happen.

Whats the size of those muffler bodies?

Im thinking of getting a Lukey or HiTech muffler and add on quad tips, they have to be small tips though to fit in the cut out on the rear bumper.

Dude i wouldnt bother with 18"s- i reckon they look to small. The right 19's look good. And 20's are also sweet. Mate there are heaps of guys on this forum running on 20's. With the right tyre it wont scrub. Mine scrubbed at first but now ive changed my tyre size (and is still load rated), there is not even a hint of a scrub.

If you car is lowered 245/30/20, if it isnt the run 245/35/20 and all will be good.

Im more inclined to go 20" but its the price tag that buggered me, got a good plan worked out now though so it wont be too unaffordable.

Has anyone got or experienced a K&N short ram intake like this?

Claimed 11HP increase. By the looks of the installed pictures it utilises the first part of the stock intake (over the radiator), just replaces the filter box. Hard to say it would have any more benefit than just installing a K&N filter in the stock box. Yeah?

I've narrowed my new wheel selection down to 4....they will most likely be in 18 or 19" depending on which ones I go with & the price/availability. I've made the photoshops as close to the sizes as I can...the A8's should be a little smaller but I cant be bothered fixing.
