Nah that's gayness in the anus...

I have the same problem with the lack of mudflaps. luckilly there is a carwash at my casual workplace :P

Having the mudflaps off is the same tradeoff as having white wheels, you gotta wash it all the time but it's totally worth it :D

did you find the bracing improved the cars handling ?
did you find the bracing improved the cars handling ?

+1, any exhaust mods ken?

I've got few braces...

TRD Front Strut

TRD Rear Sway

UR Front Lower Bar

UR Rear Lower Bar

I've put them in practically ONE by ONE..

First of all is the Front Strut, what i found with the front strut is that it reduces the body roll when you get around corner.. definitely the BEST feeling a simple mod like that can give you, but bear in mind ur tail does it's own thing if you push it too hard but at that point in time i convienced myself I wouldnt need a rear sway..

UNTIL.. i got myself a 2nd hand trd rear sway, i was just blown away by the improvement it made.. it had such a huge improvement as it stiffen up the rear so it recudes the understeer and ur rear actually listens to you..

Then the front lower bar got in and I felt minor improvement with the handling BUT at the same time the rear again slipping out so figured (as guni told me as well) my front is too stiff and rear is now SOFT.. so did not waste too much time to put the rear lower bar.. and now :) I would say it just drives soooo good (of course still not as good as the coils) but you do not loose your comfort.

*BTW the car is running on KYB Excel-G + Pedders Low spring.. i'd recommend shock change 1st if you have the money then the rear sway then the front strut :)

Exhaust wise is just a new muffler, no new cat or nething :)

I will MASS take photo sometime and post up some pictures :)

few questions ken

1) are these bars easy to take off?

2) what size sockets will did you use?

3) do you park your car outside at night?

:)

front lower bar is easy ;) socket 19 and 14 :P

rear lower.. i wouldnt try with my life.. unless you want the whole rear sussy collapse on you ;) but it uses i think socket 17??

rear sway im not too sure.. angelo did that one :)

and no ;) jason i got a garage ;)

Kenneth,

your car is looking good :D

you are convincing me to lower mine lol

Evo

haha.. i'd say save up for both shocks and springs and change the lot.. i know its a lot cheaper just to do the springs but u'd find that its crap after a while and u have to waste another couple hundred of dollars on labour to do the same thing again. i learnt it the hard way for being stubborn ;)
