Capacitor? wistle noice?

Whistle Noise in your speakers is engine noise and it's usually caused by having your RCA wires too close to your mail power wire... Split them up and noise should be gone...

Easiest way is to run the RCA's down one side of the car and run the Power wires down the opposite side of the car...
