mate there are so many factors ..... could depend on ur age, where u live, the car, who else drives it, if mods are allowed with ur company etc etc and then they may add some extra to ur premium .... it all depends. Only way to truely find out is pick up the phone and "enquire" that ur thinking of getting a cold air induction kit (most dont understand CAI) and wanted to know if ur policy is affected ..... fastest easiest way 2 find out

tip #1... try asking your insurance company... we all know jack about your needs and specifics, they know it all.

At the time when I asked my insurance company about an aftermarket pod filter the insurance representative said as long as it is rta approved they have no issues with it. No additional premium for me.

This may obviously change if I call up again and speak to someone else.
