um like nearlly 2yrs LMFAO i keep missing my appointments but,

Mine's red. Cheap a55 $2 toothbrush.

As there are small metal brackets glued to your teeth. If you bite down on something firm like an apple that is going to push up past your teeth, it is likely to break the brackets off.

You could cut the apple into pieces and chew it with your back teeth though.
