Does anyone know the part number for the SC for the 1ZZ-fe manual corolla? is it under the Matrix xr ? thanks

it can't be purchased new from toyota anymore, it's out of production. Best chance of finding one is searching US ebay for a secondhand item. Make sure you get ALL the parts required to install it too, as the idler also went out of production a long time ago and nowhere in the US has stock anymore... the idler is the part that typically fails (due to poor strength in the bracket design and it deflecting) and the bearing flogs out in no time.

one of the interesting reads i stumbled upon over in a few of the US forums was guys using the GM s/c made for the vibe i think it is .... as they use the 1zz engine as well ...... however none were game to buy it because they didnt want to experiment with it ..... so that could also be an option

are you going to fabricate the inlet and outlet for the charger, mounts, idler and custom intake manifold?

A Rotrex is an easier option than the M45.
