02 Hilux sqeaky Front end

Recommended Posts

I am after some help with my 02 Lux SR5 front end,

it has about 80k on the clock, and when I get to about 20km/h a sqeak is coming from the front end. It obviously increases as the road speed increase. I have had a look at the wheel bearings and regreased and adjusted them, so I have eliminated that. The only other thing I can think of is the CV joints... Can anyone tell me what is involved in servicing them or can you just remove the boot and get in that way??

Any help would be appreciated..

Thanks
