friend is in need of a repairer.

does anyone know the cost or the process?

its his stock wheels that have been scrapped a fair bit.

should he just buy new wheels?

There are alot of good wheel repairers out there. I got 2 of my sportivo rims repaired at $45 a rim for gutter rashes which were roughly 4cm long. I got them repaired at Magman in punchbowl. Depending on your mates damage, if its only a gutter rash its much cheaper to get it repaired.

i got a quote today to respray, repolish and repair some damage to me wheels.

guy said to do that plus taking off and reinstalling tyres would be $140 each wheel.. which seems a bit much.

but guess if you love your wheels then its worth it in the end
