Hi all,

For starters, I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to the technical side of cars.. so apologies if this question sounds dumb >.<

I notice that there's this loud crackling sound at decreasing frequency when I turn off my engine..

My guess is some mechanism in the engine's slowing down..

I don't remember my Gen1 Kluger making such a noise when I stop the engine... is this normal?

Coz' if it ain't.. I'm gonna make the dealer do a full check on the car at their expense

I thought it might be the brakes.. but the sound comes from under the bonnet rather than from the wheels of the car

Would be grateful if anyone can give some advise. Thanks in advance!

Cheers

Reekz
