Picking up a Stivo!

Recommended Posts

Hey boys and girls,

I think its time for me to upgrade my car (AE112R sedan) to an '05 black Sportivo. I'm pretty new to this and if you guys have any tips or hints about buying a Sportivo (or a car for that matter) it will be greatly appreciated!

Hopefully I can get my hands on it. :yahoo:

Its $18,500, 65,439KM, completely stock '05 Sportivo (not sure if it's 5Y or 92, but what's the difference?)

Thanks in advance!

Young

This might be very basic.. but i got my stock BLACK stivo 3 weeks ago... and this is all i did...

1. get a friend to test drive if u cant drive manual yet

2. check for leaks before and after drive

3. check REVS / get mechanic etc

4. check tyre tread... i had to replace tyres... set me back $150 each

5. not sure if ur fussy.. i like my leather clean

i think thts the basics... BOTH are facelift

zze123 92 - built before April 05

zze123 5Y - was built after April 05

there isnt any difference as far as i know... [i may be wrong]

THE END.

I am somewhat concerned about point 1.

well if its the order ur concerned about.. yeh it might be all over the place...

but if it's abt "friend test-driving"..

well i had a "99 hyundai excel sportz" auto before... so i got my mate to test drive the sportivo...

like to see if the gears all shift properly and smooth ride etc...

AND i gotta say.. best upgrade ever!!! ^^
