personally, I'm a follower of the sport ... not solely a fan of any clubs/teams .... O`K, maybe support L'pool and InterMilan a little

but yeah, the new EPL season starts in less than an hour!!!

do we have any predications for the start of the season and beyond?

also, anybody sign up for FOXSPORT's epl fantasy challenge or equivalent?

I'm off to the casino now, to watch some of tonights matches

now, now kids . . . no need to be on the offensive over your main rivals, this early into the season =P

in L'pool's defence, or lack thereof (pun intended), the match referee didn't help matters over a blatant penalty appeal which was not given

but fair play to Tottenham, `Arry Redknapp is a great manager IMO

and the score line would have been greater, if not for Pepe Reina in goal . . . just hope referees don't make tooo many mistakes this season

as for my EPL fantasy team result, i scored competition average 44points ... only difference from the first round leader, was i didnt have Cesc Fabregas in the team, as `RoM2nV mentioned

i love Man U! also love my A - League, usually a QLD Roar supporter but i might mix things up a bit this season and go for the newbies Gold Coast United.

Owen is playing under a lot of pressure, that's the problem and he actually had only 15mins to prove himself too which is not that much if you think about it. But, I am sure he will get there slowly but surely. :)

What fantasy league you guys play because I know there is a few of those. There is one on ESPN, Sportsbet, etc. May be if most of us are on one of those previously mentioned, we can create a mini-league and all of TOCAU members interested can join just for fun...

I am so excited that the EPL is back on. Unfortunately, I do not have foxtel, which makes it kinda hard to follow but aye I check out all the highlights on footytube. :-D

i reckon every 2 out of 3 chances, `Miguel Owen would have finished that attempt, for sure ... think he was already deciding how he'd celebrate for Manchestar before actually scoring =P

but score he will through out the season ... i bet against Liverpool too <_<
