MCV36R Short Shifter...?

As the title states, I am looking for a short shifter for my MCV36R Camry.

The clutch is worn to hell so I am replacing it with a heavy duty Exedy unit but I thought I might as well have a look at the short shifting route as well.

Can anyone point me in a good direction as to where (or perhaps What) I should buy a short shifter for my Camry?

Cheers

Andrew

ahh, had a look at these last night but I was unsure as to weather the gearbox was correct.

By the way I also have the fittings for the PCV valve modification as well :)

Andrew, have a chat to your US parts man ;) , odds are you wont be able to get a TRD one but u should be able to get a TWM

US parts man Adam I assume? He is on holiday soon so I won't bother him.

Will probably pickup that TVM one, just torn on whether I ge a TRD knob or a weighted knob.

Just do what i di with my old sv21, Cut the shifter to the desired length and thread the end :D

But that's not a short shifter man, that decreases your leverage with the same throw length which would actually make it harder to shift.

TWM actually make a short shifter kit for the E153 here: http://www.twmperformance.com/shortshifters/toyotashortshifters/toyotacamryshortshifters.htm

This bundled with the base bushings kit (which I'd strongly recommend) makes a big difference to your shifting needs :)
