Aren't these used to plug up the holes underneath the vehicle that are used to tie it down for transportation? I just went and had a look at my Aurion as to exactly where and funnily enough mine appear to have not been put in... there are two oval shaped holes just in front of the rear tyres on the chasis.

Can anyone post a photo of where they go so I can confirm also!! :-)

I figure they are just to stop dirt etc from entering chasis rails??

This. I can't be bothered taking photos but if you look underneath your car directly behind the front wheels and directly in front of the rear wheels, you can't miss it. Strange that they didn't actually follow the instructions on it and fit them pre-delivery like they should have.

Well well... didn't see the fronts ones (thanks Darrryl) and why does this not suprise me! Makes me now wonder what else may have been missed in pre-delivery. lol

I'll pop past the dealer and make sure they supply me with some.

When I bought my car these were in my glove box and I was meant to ask you guys what they were but I forgot all about it until I found it in my drawer.

As the others said , they are blanking grommets from the tie done points. There are many reasons for them not to be fitted, the 2 main ones are 1. lazy PD staff or apprentice , 2. the vehicle may have been a dealer swap. dealers often swap out vehicles between each other , for many reasons. The receiving dealer may be charged for a PD already done in the swap and guess what , no-one checked to see if it actually had a PD and not just a 30 sec sticker fitment hence the plugs not being installed
