G'day,

I ahave just upgraded the stock 6CD stacker in my TRD Aurion to an aftermarket all in one unit with revese camera.

This is the unit: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/7-HD-DVD-GPS-TOYOTA-CAMRY-AURION-Toyota-Camera_W0QQitemZ260604056497QQihZ016QQcategoryZ75327QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp4340.m444QQ_trkparmsZalgo%3DCRX%26its%3DC%252BS%26itu%3DSI%252BUA%252BLM%252BLA%26otn%3D5%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D8390746474326216035

Two issues:

1:

Can't change music track while in GPS mode.

2:

When listening to music I can hardly hear the GPS voice guidance even at the highest GPS volume setting.

Anyoneone had this issue so far?

Cheers

1) This is pretty much standard fare for all these aftermarket GPS units. You'll just need to get used to pushing the NAVI button to return to the music source for control reasons.

2) I've never used GPS voice so I can't comment on this. Anyone else want to have a shot?

GPS sound volume settings is under GPS settings. Find the GPS volume section and increase the voice guide volume.

Not sure which model is this ( the eBay link no longer valid)

One option to change the tracks is to use the steering wheel controls. Other option is press the buttons on the unit.

I am using the T-C200 model bought from www.autogps.com.au and it has all above options and works great. You can change the tracks while you are in the map screen by pressing the steering wheel controls or buttons in the unit.

Thanks

I must have bought the crapiest version as none of the options you mentioned make any difference.

Thanks anyway.
