Hey guys, before tracking yesterday i took off the plastic cover to help with the dispersion of the heat after each run and i found out that the right 2 bolt holes do not allign with the plastic cover. I tried and tried and tried but i ended up ruining the thread of the two right bolt holes.

last night i managed to get the bolts in straight (without the cover) and decided to leave it over night so the metal would contract abit back and hopefully allign with the holes.

this morning no luck, the holes still out. the front right 1-2mm and the rear right 3 to even 4 mm!

its not flapping or anything with the 2 bolts on but its annoying me, any suggestions?

cheers

Lol ya i was going to... I remembered guni saying it was a novity thing and its not neccessary to leave it on... But i guess its not all that bad. Isnt it supposed to prevent some dust and water going on the motor?

Nup. Doesn't shield much. It's all just to make it look more attractive to the owner.

buy the ZZT231 engine cover Duy. Looks better and it still hides the wiring at the front of the engine.
