hmmmm looks like theres a green sleeve on that bulb. if it is, then changing it to red wouldn't be a problem.

what about the other lights behind the buttons and knobs? any ideas about them?

Its actually a green LED, with no sleeve on it, and it distributes the light to behind everything via plastic distirbuters....like a piece of plastic stuff that reflects the light up it.

THere are only 2 lights, and they are on either side of the display screen....

ah i see... i guess it shouldn't be too hard then. someone should really give it a go. i would if i had my stock headunit. but i guess most would ppl go aftermarket or whatever anyways...

I used the Narva Condoms...

The bulbs for the clock and A/C readout were OK, but all the others were a 4.5mm bulb, so the T-5 condom didn't fit to well.

Had to do a dogy, but it worked out in the end...

Your reds seem to match more..

With the condoms, mine dont match. My speedo lights are a deep red, when the console turns out orange

Ohh well. :P
