Lowering would improve it slightly as the centre of gravity is closer to the ground, but if you don't like lowering you have a couple other options avaliable to you...

  1. New, wider tyres with better grip.
  2. Strut and sway bars - http://www.ultraraci...p2_articleid=28 ( i did this and it was a very good improvement )

But do check your tread on the tyres up front and make sure there on legal standards

Metal, i just bought the rsb 19mm for 225 delivered. Is it hard to put it on yourself? Do i need to take off the wheels? For sure i need to jack up the car as i wont be able to slide in.

I haven't attempted the RSB yet, but earlyer posts suggeest easy installation after jacking and placing the car on stands.

Go to page 1 and read on from there its a good insight into what you need to do :)
