Hey guys i bought these super low king springs off e-bay and they guy said they were off a 02 corolla, but they dont fit my 03 model so they obviously werent the correct ones, they have part number stickers on them but i cant find them anywhere...king springs catalogue, toyota catalogue, ect and no such luck. But maybe one of the gurus here will recognise them: Fronts 48231-YA110 x 2, and rears 48231-YA130 and 48231-YA131.

Cheers, Fidz.

When he said they came off of a 2002 model, he might be refering to the previous corolla shape before the 1zz/2zz.

Spring part numbers can be found here http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=10160

Those numbers you posted look like Toyota OEM part numbers to me. What colour are the springs?

As for what they were removed from, I've no idea, but it isn't a ZZE. Will be close to impossible to find out what it is out of, but the first 5 digits are definitely OEM code for a spring. The last 5 digits are harder to attach to a model. BKS might have better luck scanning the part number lists. Hope you paid with PayPal.

Those are definitely not from King Springs. Maybe another manufacturer?

Also AE Corollas ended in 2001, so I doubt it's even from AE112.

if they are king super lows, they should have a "SL" somewhere in the part number... those ones u bought are probably another brand

well according to redbook yeah only ZZE's were produced in 2002 ...... however as most have said those part numbers dont marry up with anything after market that i have seen ....... maybe place a call into toyota and ask them to quote u for a set of springs for ur car and ask them for the part number while they are at it.

Any luck with the charge back on pay pal?

Hey superdave, nah i wont worry about it coz i got them for $3.24! I did buy some D2 coilovers for the rolla and theres a knocking sound on the front left when i go over a bump, i have done some research and some guy reckons its the springs hitting eachother but theyre not even close...so can i repair them or do i need a whole new coilover?

Cheers, Fidz.
