Well here is a dyno of both low and high cams for a US spec 2zz-ge.

It clearly points out that about 6200rpm is the best point for lift to kick in (was obtained from MWR website)

Also does anyone know how long the conrods are in the 1zz and 2zz?

Pffft. Looks like someone made those numbers up and banged together a 3 second Excel graph. What are the units?

All engines are different anyway, so having 6000rpm as the best shiftpoint is a compromise across all 2zz-ge's.

Ill be the first to admit that its a pretty crappy graph and etc. but it still gives a bit of an idea on what each cam is doing. Looks like a couple of significant points were chosen and then plotted in excel, so 3 seconds sounds about right :D

I'd say the units are HP and ft/lb since they are an American company.

MWR is a very reputable Toyota tuner, they have a crazy turbocharged 1zz-fe on MR2 that produces 300+hp with their cams and turbo kit.
