Hi, I have a under-utilised Yaris 1.5 which I don't know which service to send it.

In terms of mileage, I should be sending it for 50k. But in terms of age it will be 5 yrs. So I'm not sure to follow mileage or age. Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Regards.

Both services are the same, replace oil and oil filter and check over the rest of the vehicle, so it doesn't matter which one you choose...

I've had my Yaris since new from 07, till now I have only just cracked the 30k mark, I have serviced the car every 6 mths with intermediate servicing till the "scheduled" ones are needed.

Moving forward do you reckon should I follow KM or Year ?

Next year will be another issue. The difference between 60K and 6yrs is a lot.

It specified it as distance or age, whichever comes sooner. So for example, if the 6 year service interval comes first before the typical expected distance, then you still do the 6 year service.
