what do you mean by erg block offs? and how much does it cost roughly to get headers ported?

hey mate they will fit your 05 model.

im not quite sure on how much they cost to get ported in ur state but the guys from nsw will b able to help you.

Im guessing about $200 or so to port + labour to install or you can do that yourself.

I got stock exhaust manifold aswell.. I can do half that price ha sorry :P

2zz-ge heads built after 03/03 have a small hole in the exhaust ports that comes out just above the actual exhaust port is. These were needed for emissions in the USA and this exhaust gas recirculated (EGR) back into the intake to go through the engine again. The Australian Sportivos never had the EGR system fitted, but the holes are still in the head and need to be blocked off.
