Very impressive, although a likely legal nightmare unless it can be proven to work 100% of the time

Which is probably why they didn't set any date, or even year.

While it's very nifty, it's an unnecessary technology that will only add to the cost of the car maintenance. All these years I've managed to drive at night just fine without this technology, as I'm sure all of us have.

I think even when Toyota finally put it in their cars, it'll be an optional extra in all but their flagship models.

I'd rather have Toyota put the Stop/Start technology in their cars before this thing. It'll be infinitely more useful to us.
