Echo Replacement Key - 4D chip or 4C chip?

Hi, i owned a year 2000 echo and have only one black key (non-remote, i assume black key is the master key, am I right?).

I am going to buy an aftermarket blank key from ebay but I am not sure whether 2000 echo has 4d or 4c chip inside the key OR Australian market echo requires another special chip?

Anyone has any idea on this?

Thanks.

I also find something interesting. My 2000 echo key's blade is more like the daihatsu's key blade. Below I attached the daihatsu key seller and picture.
